Empowering Communities: Promoting Social Awareness and Equity in Bangladesh

Awareness Programs: Conducted training on HIV/AIDS prevention, and women & child protection. Organized discussions on drug abuse, terrorism, and militancy prevention. Theater Group Formation: Formed a 15-member REHAF Theater Group performing dramas on trafficking, abuse, and rights awareness, in line with UN child rights charters. Disability & Child Rights Week: Hosted cultural events and discussions involving children with disabilities. Plays highlighted family abuse and disability rights. Adolescent Awareness Program: Formed school-based youth groups (45–60 members each) promoting education, motivation, and life skills at the union level. Handicraft Training: Seasonal handicraft training provided to 67 underprivileged women, organized into 4 groups making traditional garments and products. Community Meetings: Held 8 community meetings with local leaders, imams, youth, teachers, and parents to promote awareness and engagement. Food & Relief Distribution: Food distribution for street children. Emergency relief distributed in Dhaka (120 blankets, clothing for men and women, 30 sweaters, and 350 garments).
